UNDERDOG

He swooped into our livingroom
where sweet Polly Purebred cried
for if she was in trouble
he would not be denied

He thought it was his duty
to keep wrong-do-ers at bay
but he was quite mistaken
of what went on that day

Sweet Polly Purebred wasn't in peril
As Underdog had wrongly thought
but my superpower of sewing
got her out of her rough spot

She tangled her knitted sweater
and pulled each stitch out
But Underdog didnt know
that was what she screamed about
